The Story
Simonnet-Febvre remains one of the oldest and most traditional Chablis producers in the region.
This vineyard is situated on the left bank of the Serein river and has an ideal south-westerly aspect. The soils here are less clay-rich than those on the right bank. This wine among the most highly rated of the left-bank Chablis
