The Story
Simonnet-Febvre remains one of the oldest and most traditional Chablis producers in the region.
From the Domaine's own vines, it is located at the the plot of "Bas des Chapelots"

Nose: Delicate, mineral and floral with notes of acacia flowers
Palate: Well balanced and structured with aromas of fresh white fruits such as peach with hints of vanilla
