The Story
The vineyards of Irancy are located in a natural amphitheatre which protects them from the northerly winds and offers a south/ south-west exposure. The Irancy of Simmonet-Febvre is vinified with Pinot Noir variety and 5% of César - the oldest cultivated grape variety in France which one can only find in Irancy.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep purple hue.
Nose: Expressive aromas of fresh red fruits with notes of raspberry, strawberry, red plum, and red cherry.
Palate: Generous notes of candied fruit supported by smooth, well-integrated tannins. The addition of César brings structure and character, creating a harmonious and balanced wine.
Finish: Elegant and structured, with good ageing potential.
