Vineyard & Winemaking
The grapes travel gently on a conveyor belt to prevent damage, then are carefully sorted and destemmed. They are transferred by gravity into inert pneumatic presses, minimising oxidation. The must undergoes cold stabilisation for 5–10 days before being settled to produce a clear, pure juice.
Fermentation takes place entirely in wooden vats, adding depth and complexity to the wine. Temperature is closely monitored throughout the process to preserve and enhance aromatic expression. The wine is then matured on its fine lees, with regular bâtonnage (lees stirring) to build texture and richness.
Tasting Notes:
A delicate salmon-pink hue invites you in, shimmering with an alluring glow. The nose is a captivating bouquet of exotic lychee, sun-kissed yellow peach, bright citrus zest, and whispering white blossoms. On the palate, the wine unfolds with silky precision and sumptuous roundness, its lush texture perfectly balanced by a lively, vibrant energy. The finish lingers seductively, carried by ripe tropical fruit notes that leave a fresh, tantalising impression.
