The Story
Simonnet-Febvre has been producing sparkling wines with traditional method since 1840. It is the only Maison in Chablis to produce Crémant de Bourgogne.

Fermentation: Stainless steel tank, Traditional method (2nd fermentation in the bottle) with dosage of 8g/l.
Ageing: 18 months ‘sur lattes’.

Colour: Salmon pink with shades of orange
Nose: The nose is summery with fine red fruit flavours with notes of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant.
Palate: The palate is fresh and tantalising, with red summer fruits.
Finish: The finish is refreshing with a fine mousse.

Great as an aperitif; but pairs well with red fruit and chocolate dessets.
