The Story
Simonnet-Febvre remains one of the oldest and most traditional Chablis producers in the region.
Chablis is the most extensively planted appellation with 2,900 hectares of vines. It is produced in all the vineyard communes, on the hillside as well as on the plateau, which offers a great diversity of locations and exposures.

Nose: Intense aromas of ripe fruits with a hint of minerality
Palate: Round, ample and pleasant with fruity notes of pear and lemon
Finish: Long and aromatic with a slightly tangy mineral finish
