The Story
Simonnet-Febvre remains one of the oldest and most traditional Chablis producers in the region. As well as producing top-quality Grand Cru and Premier Cru Chablis, it makes regional wines such as Côte d'Auxerre and Irancy and, varietal wines.
Made with Pinot Noir grapes harvested in Provence and Burgundy, vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months before bottling. This wine showcase the varietal character of Pinot Noir in a classic Burgundian style.
